What riders love
  • It YEETS you over the top and gets you going very fast.
  • Then you crest over the hill into a 97° drop, propelling you into the action.
  • That beyond vertical drop gave great airtime and so did the rest of the ride.
  • My favorite part is the finale with double corkscrews that whip you REALLY hard and the extreme ejector airtime hill!
  • Fahrenheit is a constant barrage of whippy and positive-inducing inversions, with the occasional ejector airtime moment thrown in.
  • Honestly the other inversions were good but the corkscrews are masterfully profiled.
  • From the lift hill to the beyond vertical drop and intense inversions causing me to grey out everytime I highly recommend this ride!
  • The inversions are whippy and surprisingly intense and the first drop is obviously great.
  • There are two great moments of ejector air; the drop and the bunny hill, Almost every valley pulls insane positive G's, the cobra roll and the corkscrews are super snappy and pull great whip, and the pacing on this ride is really good.

Vs. other coasters at Hersheypark

There also is a really good ejector pop after the 2nd corkscrew that I absolutely love, and a pretty forceful helix before hitting the brakes.

Andrew

The cobra roll leads into a pair of zero g rolls, a banked turn, and an incredibly powerful airtime hill.

Coaster Critic

The first drop, the final two corkscrews, and a punchy airtime hill are the easy standout moments of the ride.

uhhh roller coasters

The norwegian loop is really unique and intense and gives some weird floater coming into and out of it, the cobra roll is pretty weak though as it’s fairly rattly and slow but those 2 corkscrews are...

Cooper Zimmerman

First drop is incredible, double corkscrew is great, last airtime hill is awesome as well.

Ethan S.

You’re going to crest over that 97 degree drop and you’re going to plunge down experiencing a really nice pop of ejector airtime.

Coaster Watch

Fahrenheit is running great in 2026 - it’s much smoother than in previous seasons, and it’s really traversing its inversions with some good speed.

uhhh roller coasters

Not only is it pretty, no head banging whatsoever, just pure double inversion goodness.

Coaster Critic

While it’s pretty rough and the slow operations just hurt, I found it to be very thrilling and it adds another great coaster to the park’s lineup.

roller rider

The ride has a solid layout, just really uncomfortable and a very annoying rattle.

M P

The norwegian loop combines airtime and positives wonderfully, the corkscrews provide great whip, and that last hill gives awesome airtime.

CoasterKing

We both agreed that the back, while not offering the visuals of the front, was definitely more forceful and the preferred area of riding.

Coaster Critic

The positive forces are strong and I think the head chopper is my favorite part of Fahrenheit.

Bryan Bonafede

It doesn’t even end after the corkscrews, as it then makes an intense turn with some good positives before ending with an ejector airtime hill!

SocialismDoesntWork

The inversions are whippy and surprisingly intense and the first drop is obviously great.

MapleFlakes

Music is right, the back is the most intense me and my friend Mikey rode in the very back and it was intense, feels like ur gonna fall back though lol

@SlimShaney08

This ride has nearly everything you could ask for on a coaster; great first drop, fast and whippy inversions, and some ASTONISHING airtime at the end.

guiderex

Add two great moments of ejector on that drop, and last airtime hill, snappy corkscrews, and great pacing you have a great ride.

Ben Lilly

Fahrenheit has a pretty good first drop, nice overall track layout and it is fast paced from the beginning to the end.

Simon

The ride still has some fun and powerful inversions and as the ride goes on it feels like it gets faster.

Ryan the Jester

In general a really fast paced, smooth and intense looping coaster that feels almost blitz coaster like and a great coaster to round out the awesome intamin collection at Hersheypark.

Cooper Zimmerman

Nevertheless, it is still a great ride and worth the wait at least once when you’re at Hersheypark.

Simon

A short line and a long wait, though it was still worth it imo.

Fish Fish

So the biggest problem for me was having to wait in an immensely long queue, much of which was unshaded in the hot sun, to ride it.

Matt McIrvin

It’s too bad the capacity is bad, it has a rattle, and it’s always down ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ethan S.
Height fear

It’s just that first initial rise and drop that’s scary.

@woodlanddove

I guarantee you that the vertical lift is not as scary as it looks, and the beyond vertical drop doesn’t exactly feel like it is really that steep.

i almost didn’t know that this coaster actually exist but i loved it.

Alessio Romano, Captain Coaster review

Honestly the other inversions were good but the corkscrews are masterfully profiled.

Maddux, Captain Coaster review

Fahrenheit provides both hangtime, good pacing and intensity in the same ride - it even throws ejector airtime at you just before the brakes!

Kw6sTheater, Captain Coaster review

This coaster packs a wallop, from start to finish, and would not be appropriate for the average coasting noob.

Coaster Critic, published review

Fahrenheit is an odd coaster, but a fun one and a Hersheypark signature!

Eric Esty, Captain Coaster review

Solid looping coaster with a great orange color scheme, amazing first drop and a layout packed with all kinds of forces throughout its inversions.
