What riders love
  • The climb up the lift seems to go forever before that brief second where you seem to freeze before plummeting to the ground at 95 mph.
  • The first drop is insane, I’ve ridden fury multiple times and I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it.
  • Almost vertical straight down from over 300 feet at speeds so fast your mouth opens and you drool on your cheek.
  • told my boyfriend its the first ride where i’ve actually understood what “airtime” means - every hill possible i was lifted in my seat and i LOVED it!!!
  • The treble clef is unbelievable, getting airtime at that angle is so weird and so good.
  • It feels as though it goes on forever and is the perfect balance of floater and ejector, especially in the back row.
  • B&M’s best ride ever, Fury delivers nonstop pacing and an unrivaled sense of speed.
  • Its elements predominately stay low the ground, giving a rush of adrenaline as you fly over park-goers at a blistering pace.
  • Feels very fast and holds its speed well the whole ride, even during the helix.

Performance

Vs. other coasters at Carowinds

One of the best layouts ever has a great amount of ride time, has gentle floater airtime and ejector airtime, and the first drop is amazing!

Charlie Lichterman

The first 3/4 of the ride blows your face off from the raw speed while ripping through turns interjected with random pops of airtime.

Indy

The treble clef has some great airtime on the way out and the airtime hills towards the end of the ride all give strong floater.

Chris Jones

Wicked fast, pacing, elements, long, even some solid airtime and its A+ comfy and re-rideable.

JJLehto

Only 2 cons is that the trim brakes can grab to hard killing some airtime and that it needed ONE more bunny hill before hitting the last trim.

Eron

It’s got the usual incredibly comfy clamshells, it’s stupidly smooth, it’s beautiful, and iconic, with a cool hornet theme fitting to the region.

Eric Esty

The treble clef have dive airtime hills and snappy bank turns plus comfortable restraints good capacity and a fast crew what great job y b&m we love fury 325

Liam Ramsdill

This ride is smooth as glass, never loses a beat, has insane airtime at the end, and is overall worthy of its spot as #1 in the GTA’s.

Connor Conant

This coaster is amazing it’s so comfy, has great layout and is so fun the only thing I don’t like about it is its theming I’m scared of bees wasps and hornets lol

Harry Shapiro

On 5 of my 7 days at the park (1 of 3 this year), Fury had quite a rattle, very bad in 2018.

@OklahomaCoasterFan

The first drop is out of this world and never seems to stop, the ride has intensity, speed, nice airtimes and the layout is close to perfect.

Simon

Just a little too intense for me to do all the time.

nobody important

Then the ride it self is exactly what you expect from a Hyper/Giga from B&M, It have amazing airtime, its long and have great forces.

Rik Steetsel

I’ve been on many roller coasters and this one is my absolute favorite, from the intensity to the crazy airtime this ride is perfect.

Chase H

While not as intense/aggressive as some other coasters considered all time greats, it’s an immensely satisfying ride and worth experiencing for yourself!

Chris Ringer

The day I went, fury was hauling, it was a cool day in January, and I got 2nd to back row, and I got the best ride I’ve ever gotten on it.

Daniel K

Fury 325 offers speed in spades.

Coaster Critic

Fury 325 starts with the impressive drop from 99 meters followed by some elements that focus solely on speed with some snappy transitions.

Mike H.

Just ride it and you’ll understand, but you essentially feel like a bullet and are passing through these banked turns at ludicrous speed.

Austin Adler

Side note, that trim hit and hit hard EVERY ride, 9 times that day.

@eekedout

...all just been on my mind ever since I got off of it last; I can confidently say that my cross-country trip to ride Fury 325 was 100% worth it, and I can’t wait for my next chance to get on it again.

Evangelion Martini

It was amazing & definitely worth the wait .

@1980skipp

I did this ride the first time in the dark for 2 rides and the operations where amazing, they send the trains in less then a minute then.

Rik Steetsel

rode it twice and it was very comfortable (nice lap bar and the track is smooth) and i waited less than 5 minutes both times.

andrea

I was enamoured firstly by how quickly it ate queue lines, and then secondly seeing how intelligently the ride is set up, to avoid stacking as much as possible.

Mikhile Williams

The overall ride is amazing and the operations make it so the longest wait time in june that I had was 15 minutes!

Maddox Eagle

When I went in August, they were running 2 trains and there was a time where they were running one train.

@bigblueamusementproductions
Height fear

I was deathly afraid of this when I was younger, but it’s just so fun.

spkybto

Horrible, very boring, i was yawning, not scary, could have been better, but theming was pretty good.

Horrible, very boring, i was yawning, not scary, could have been better, but theming was pretty good.

Iain Wilson, Captain Coaster review

Incredible length and pacing, but the airtime is mild ejector at best and the positives lack in comparison to other rides this scale.
