I couldn’t tell if the ride ops stapled me on purpose, or if they were designed that way, but my god they were horribly tight and uncomfortable.

The ride is actually very intense, the inversions are fun and the 3 helixes slam you with positives.

The rest of Impulse is made up of enjoyable hangtime - most notably on the inline twist at the end, not unlike a Gerstlauer eurofighter’s - a pair of intense helices and an overbanked turn.

...it resembles the small-park Gerstlauer models like Canobie’s Untamed, but it’s bigger than most of those, the positive forces definitely feel more intense, and it has only lap-bar restraints.

All that being said, however, Impulse garners long waits throughout the entire day; it’s at the very front of Knoebels, and has a poor capacity.

Upon arriving to the station I felt VERY dizzy (we didn’t eat much but 2 potato pancakes) so if your old like me, eat/drink before getting on.
