Privacy policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This privacy policy explains what information AirtimeFever collects and why we collect it, how we handle that information, and what rights you have with respect to it. We do not sell your personal information.
This policy applies to the AirtimeFever website at airtimefever.com ("AirtimeFever") and covers how we handle information about the people who visit it. Throughout this policy, "you" refers to a visitor to the site.
What we collect and why
We collect only the information we need to run the site, and the sections below describe each kind of information and the reason we collect it. AirtimeFever has no accounts, logins, purchases, billing or newsletter, so we do not collect account, payment or subscription information.
Website interactions
We collect information about your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes, such as learning which pages people visit and how they find the site. This information includes your browser and operating system versions, the pages you visit, and the website that referred you to us. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect it, and when you visit, your browser sends Google the address of the page you are viewing along with your IP address. You can read Google's explanation of how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, as well as the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The Cookies section below describes the cookies that Google Analytics sets.
Hosting and request logs
Cloudflare hosts AirtimeFever on Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. To deliver pages to you, Cloudflare processes request logs, and those logs include your IP address. The Cloudflare Privacy Policy explains how Cloudflare handles this information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to store. AirtimeFever uses cookies set by Google Analytics, which hold identifiers that Google Analytics uses to tell one visitor's browser from another and to keep track of each visit. The cookies do not collect information themselves. The Google Analytics script that runs on each page does the collecting, and it records information about your visit such as your browser type, your operating system, the pages and content you view, how long you stay, and other click-stream data. If you click play on an embedded video, YouTube may also set its own cookies, as the Embedded videos section explains. Your browser settings let you accept or block individual cookies, delete them, and change how long your browser keeps them.
Embedded videos
Videos on AirtimeFever are YouTube videos embedded through youtube-nocookie.com. When you open a page that has a video, only the video's preview image loads from YouTube's servers. When you first point at, tap or move to the videos, the page loads YouTube's player script from youtube.com, and when you click play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com. Once YouTube's script or player loads, the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's cookies and the Google Privacy Policy apply.
Contact form messages
When you send us a message through our contact page, the form collects your name, your email address and your message. A Cloudflare Worker sends them to us by email through Cloudflare Email Routing, and the site does not store them in a database. We use this information only to reply to you, and we do not share it with anyone else.
When we access or disclose your information
We use the following third-party services to run the website and deliver it to you:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, processes request logs as described in the Hosting and request logs section above, and delivers contact form messages to us by email.
- Google Analytics measures visits, as described in the Website interactions and Cookies sections above.
- YouTube provides the embedded videos, as described in the Embedded videos section above.
- Queue-Times supplies the live wait times shown on the site. Our server fetches them, so your browser never contacts Queue-Times.
We may aggregate or de-identify information collected through the website, and we may use aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose, including analytics.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena, court order or warrant. AirtimeFever is operated in the United States, and we handle legal requests for information as described below.
Requests for visitor data. Our policy is not to respond to government requests for visitor data unless legal process compels us to, except that in limited circumstances we may respond to an emergency request. If U.S. law enforcement authorities have a warrant, criminal subpoena or court order requiring us to disclose data, we must comply. We respond to requests from government authorities outside the United States only if the U.S. government compels us to through the procedures of a mutual legal assistance treaty or agreement.
Preservation requests. Our policy is to comply with a request to preserve data only if the Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. Section 2703(f), or a properly served U.S. subpoena in a civil matter compels us to. We do not disclose preserved data unless the law requires it, or unless a court order compels it and we choose not to appeal that order. If we do not receive a proper warrant, court order or subpoena before the required preservation period ends, we will destroy any preserved copies of the data at the end of that period.
Change of ownership. If ownership of AirtimeFever changes, we will post a notice on this site well before any of your personal information is transferred to the new owner or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Your rights with respect to your information
We apply the same data rights to every visitor, wherever they are located. These rights are:
- Right to know. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared or sold. This policy describes both the categories and the specific pieces of information we collect, and how we use them.
- Right of access. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to get information about how that information is shared, stored, secured and processed.
- Right to correction. You have the right to ask us to correct your personal information.
- Right to erasure, also called the right to be forgotten. Subject to certain limits under applicable law, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information from our records and, by extension, from the records of our service providers.
- Right to complain. You have the right to complain to the appropriate supervisory authority about how we handle your personal information.
- Right to restrict processing. You have the right to ask us to limit how and why we use or process your personal information, which includes the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- Right to object. In certain situations, you have the right to object to how or why we process your personal information.
- Right to portability. You have the right to receive the personal information we hold about you and to transmit it to another party.
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making. You have the right to object to, and prevent, any decision that is made solely by automated processes and could have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. This right is limited if the decision is necessary to perform a contract between you and us, is allowed by applicable law, or is based on your explicit consent.
- Right to non-discrimination. We do not and will not give you a lower level of service because you have exercised any of your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, or if you have questions about them or need help, contact us through our contact page. Before we respond to a request, we may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity, and depending on the type of request and how sensitive the information is, this may include confirming your name and email address. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to respond to your request. If an authorized agent contacts us on your behalf, we will need your signed, written consent before we proceed. Applicable law may exempt certain information from these requests.
If we deny your request, you may have the right under applicable law to appeal our decision, and our response denying the request will explain how to exercise that right. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also contact your data protection authority to file a complaint or to learn more about local privacy laws.
How we secure your data
Traffic between your browser and AirtimeFever is encrypted in both directions with HTTPS, which uses TLS. That covers the pages you load as well as any message you send through the contact form.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. How long that is depends on why we collected the information and on any choices you make, and once that period ends, we may delete or aggregate the information. We may also keep and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Location of site and data
AirtimeFever is operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or anywhere else outside the United States, any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our website or providing us with your personal information, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to comply with relevant regulations or to reflect new practices. Whenever we change it, we will update the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant, we will also take other appropriate steps to let visitors know.

If you have questions, comments or concerns about this policy, your data or your rights with respect to your information, please contact us through our contact page.
