Vs. other coasters at SeaWorld San Diego
After that is the main coaster portion, which is very short, and a bit rattly, into one more splashdown into the brake run.
Eli Lassiter Michael
There’s a horrendous rattle and the only good parts of the ride are the first drop and the elevator lift.

I forced my brother on this and he was crying but the ride was so lame he couldn’t even be scared anymore
Jake Katz
Nothing has any force.

As it is right now, the ride operates in total silence with no effects, as it soullessly drops you twice with like five minutes of dead time in between.
Evangelion Martini
Needs theming and less dead space.
Shmee
The capacity on this ride is also horrendous, this was probably one of my longer waits at Seaworld.
Zach
Always follow the rules, warnings and restrictions posted by the park.
The drop gives great ejector, the rest of the ride after the elevator drop off is fun but not thrilling.
Francisco Perez, Captain Coaster reviewThis coaster is just okay, it is pretty fun but it doesn’t do much.
AZCOASTERS, Captain Coaster reviewI’m not a big fan of water rides, at least not on dry parks, so I’m not a huge fan of this thing, but the coaster section was fun!
Matheus Castello, Captain Coaster reviewThe coaster section isn’t exactly very interesting, but the ride as a whole is unique enough that I can’t really hate it.
Gabe S, Captain Coaster reviewAs one of SeaWorld’s major rides, Journey to Atlantis is a lot of fun and a good way to cool down on a hot day.
Theme Park James, published reviewThis was my first water coaster, and it was definitely a fun experience overall, but as a coaster it doesn’t hold up very well compared to others.
