What riders love
  • The initial loop and the zero-g roll are particularly good.
  • The interlocking corkscrews are somehow taken a little more interestingly than most others, based on how they slide into them from a turn.
  • Loved the corkscrews so much.
  • It's very smooth and super quiet for a B&M.
  • Amazing and smooth inversions.
  • Batman: The Dark Knight is a great stepping stone coaster to some more intense floorless coasters.

Performance

Vs. other coasters at Six Flags New England

The zero-G roll in particular is a highlight because of the essentially "upside-down airtime" you get from the inversion, which to that, is surprisingly strong.

CoasterKing

They feature very little airtime and their head restraints are way to bulky to be comfortable.

Heiko Hartmann

This coaster is a great entrance coaster for people who dont love inversion, it is a smooth ride except for the last corkscrew which bangs a little.

Declan Lucey

This coaster is very smooth for being over 20 years old and the ride is quite comfortable.

Clayton Latone

Very over hated coaster, it’s the smoothest floorless I’ve been on, but it’s got a pothole exiting the 2nd corkscrew.

Shadow

Some B&M Floorless models I can avoid headbanging altogether, but this one had headbanging no matter how I shifted my neck.

Max S.

in my experience, the coaster has a noticeable rattle throughout the ride, not much up front but intensifies the further back you go in the train.

@WCfanboy

I still really like it and thought it was one of the more intense Floorless models with very whippy inversions.

Max S.

The compact layout offers a uniquely intense experience.

David

I just rode this the other day in the back seat and it was really good, I found it more intense than the bigger floorless ones

@George_bonnaire

The ride is not as intense or forceful and is quite short, but the pacing and smoothness make up well for it.

Clayton Latone

It’s the same length as a standard B&M invert Batman but without the intensity that makes it memorable.

Ben E. Boise

It’s essentially a micro-B&M floorless coaster, which causes the classic elements and inversions to come fast and hard.

David

Every inversion is taken with a great amount of speed and delivers awesome whip, depending on the row.

CoasterKing

It felt a bit faster than some other floorless coasters I’ve ridden and the layout is pretty good.

Brendan Keller

Dark Knight basically flies from one inversion into the next, so it’s a fast-paced ride that feels a little short.

XscreamThrills

It also has very good capacity with the 4 rider rows, and the line never seemed long.

Max S.

High capacity operations mean little-to-no wait times.

David

No line so I went twice in a row before closing.

Declan Lucey

They run 2-3 trains and it has great capacity.

Clayton Latone

Now, if the employees here at Six Flags were trying a little harder, the wait would be a lot shorter.

Richard Buman

Waiting on the brake run behind slow dispatches isn’t fun either.

Shadow
Motion sickness risk

My mother got sick after one ride on this.

@screamparadise7265

I can ride this one plenty of times in a row although will admit that it stokes mild nausea.

CoasterKing, Captain Coaster review

I myself found B&M Floorless (or the older ones with a floor) coasters to be rather bland.

Heiko Hartmann, Captain Coaster review

Always a solid one, not the smoothest but not the roughest, the restraints are pretty hard but manageable.

Keegan M., Captain Coaster review

Five-inversion B&M floorless that is somewhat overshadowed by this park’s top two coasters, but is still solid and fun with some forces.

Matt McIrvin, Captain Coaster review

definitely has a decent layout, but the forces for this just aren’t really there.

Jamie Óchi, Captain Coaster review

I very much enjoyed the pacing of this ride, it doesn’t waste a foot of track.
